Decision Maker was started its journey in 2010 with a dream and a vision to become a pioneer of Independent Research Firm of the country and contributing significantly to the growth of Bangladesh Stock Market by enriching the knowledge of the people who are interesting in investing listed securities of Bangladesh. DML has been introducing technical analysis to the investors of the both stock exchanges of Bangladesh since long. The number of followers of the Company is currently more than 2 lac. In the year 2016-17, a trade license was taken in Chittagong under the name of Decision Maker, and in the year 2020, we got registration from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) as Private Limited Company in Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1994. Decision Maker Ltd is run by a team of efficient professionals.

Fundamental Analysis
Security analysis that seeks to detect misvalued securities through an analysis of the firm’s business prospects. Research often focuses on earnings, dividend prospects, expectations for the future interest rates, and risk evaluation of the firm. Antithesis of technical analysis. In macroeconomic analysis, information such as interest rates, GNP, inflation, unemployment, and inventories is used to predict the direction of the economy, and therefore the stock market. In microeconomic analysis, information such as balance sheet, income statement, products, management, and other market items is used to forecast a company’s imminent success or failure, and hence the future price movement of stocks.
Technical Analysis:
The past movement of the stocks is analyzed to predict the price movement in the future. The charts of the stocks with various time frames are plotted to understand the movement of the script and to identify the trend. The trend is an important concept in Technical analysis and it’s always advisable to trade with the trend or to trade in the direction of the trend. The trend can be up trend, down trend or flat trend. In case of an uptrend it is advisable to go long as the price of the stocks is expected to go high. In case of a downtrend the trader is advised to exit as price of the stocks is expected to go down.

Mrs. Shajeda Akter is one of the Sponsor Shareholders of Decision Maker Ltd. She was all through a brilliant student and trailed successful academic career by obtaining prestigious degrees from reputed Academic Institutions. She did 4 years of diploma in Computer Engineering from Sylhet Polytechnic Institute. She obtained BSC in Computer Science & Engineering from Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh. She has completed her MBA from University of Science & Technology Chattogram (USTC). She has a wide range of experience in several technological fields. The huge success of the DML Company during a short span of time substantiates her leadership and progressive mindset. She is now studying MBA, Master of Applied Finance and Capital Market (MAFCM). Mrs shajeda Akter, a visionary, dynamic and optimistic entrepreneur boosted his career with diversified knowledge in trading business whose operations encompass activities involve in both Financial Products and Commodities.
M Talukder
Managing Director
Mr. M Talukder is the Managing Director of Decision Maker Ltd. Mr.Talukder having more than 14 (fourteen) years of diverse experience in analysis of stock market to his credit. He started his career with Decision Maker Limited and played key roles in setting up of its Dhaka Office and Chittagong office. Before it started its operation and played vital role at the preoperational stage of launching formal operations of a newly established company. Mr Talukder is the pioneered of giving the knowledge of technical analysis in Bangladesh. He was a part time lecturer of Department of Youth Development in the year 2004. He is also a member of “Junior Chamber International (JCI), e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh and formal member of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS). He is a good teaching professional related to stock market. His teaching course Expert as a Trader (Master Class) is well recognized method which is very helpful for the investors.
MAHMUDUL ALAM
Head of Research
Mr. Mahmudul Alam is the top performer in the Mutual Fund Sector in the years 2016-2017 and 2019-2020 and managed fund upto Taka 260 Crore. He worked as ‘Portfolio Manager’ at Assurance Asset Management Ltd. as ‘Manager – Portfolio Management and FS Analysis’ at Universal Financial Solutions Ltd. and as ‘Senior Manager – Investment Management’ at Alif Asset Management Ltd. He also worked as ‘Manager – Audit and Consultancy’ at Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co, then representative of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and audited a good number of companies (local, multinational and foreign) and mutual funds and also provided other assurance services such as internal audit, accounting, special investigations and various assignments appointed by the Honorable High Court to settle dispute among shareholders. He participated different trainings on investment, alternative fund, accounting and auditing from various local and foreign institutions. He is currently pursuing Professional Stage Application Level under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.
ABDUL JOLIL MASUM

MR. Abdul Jalil Masum started his career in UNFPA/EU/Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, RHIYA Project Counsellor. He served as a Marketing Executive in Parkway Group Healthcare – Singapore (Mount Elizabeth Hospital) at Dhaka Office. After that he joined Sylnet Securities Limited (Member of Chittagong Stock Exchange) as In-Charge of Settlement. Later on he joined PFI Securities Limited, as Assistant Manager & Branch In-Charge, Sylhet Branch. He has more than 14 (fourteen) years of experience related to the Bangladesh capital market. Mr. Jalil received several training from Central Depository of Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) for DP. He is an Authorized Representative of Dhaka Stock Exchange & Chittagong Stock Exchange. Several residential training received from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM): – Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA), and Training of Trainers (TOT).
MD. FARRUKH HASAN

Mr. Md. Farrukh Hasan is an adaptable, diligent, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with over two years of experience and possess excellent academic knowledge in capital market. He started his career as an Executive Officer of Remons Investment & Securities Ltd. Mr Hasan successfully completed his MBS degree major in Management from Jagannath University.

Mr. Debabrata Bhattacharjee started his career with Decision Maker LTD in 2016. From the joining he is contributing for the vast development of the company. He has a great knowledge of managing the people works with. He also completed his education as a civil engineer.
